With a university education complemented by professional experience at an institutional level in Australia as well as the united States, Greg possesses a wide skill set that ideally equips him to deal with the many challenges that present in the real estate market.
University educated and holding a Bachelor of Psychology Degree, Greg commenced his professional career in industrial relations. Here he gained invaluable experience in negotiation, and the drafting of unambiguous clauses in industrial awards and agreements, making this an ideal precursor to his career in Real estate.
Greg has lived with his family in Swanbourne for 39 years and is an active, community minded member of the western suburbs. During that time, he has built 2 houses as an owner builder, and extended and renovated a 1901 weatherboard cottage with his own hands. He has extensive knowledge about residential buildings, that not only helps when preparing properties for sale, but also dealing with problems that might arise between sale and settlement.
